1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit the sign-up form for the Sunday Reset.
- Basic analytics data (e.g. pages viewed, approximate region, device type), only if you consent via the cookie banner.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address) for security and to serve the site.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To send you the Sunday Reset and related emails, lawful basis: consent (you asked for it). You can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- To understand what’s working on the site, lawful basis: consent (the analytics cookie banner).
- To keep the site secure and running, lawful basis: legitimate interests.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We keep this minimal:
- Essential storage, we remember your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. This doesn’t track you.
- Analytics (optional), loaded only after you click “Accept all”. Choose “Essential only” and no analytics or tracking cookies are set.
You can change or withdraw your choice any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run this service for us, as processors: our email provider (which stores your address and sends the emails) and our hosting provider (Vercel). They process data on our instructions. Our email provider is MailerLite (MailerLite Limited).
6. How long we keep it
We keep your email for as long as you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active list promptly. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate.
7. Your rights
Under UK/EU data protection law you can ask us to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- correct it if it’s wrong;
- delete it (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe, or “Cookie settings”).
