GitHub skill ยท install globally

Strip the AI tells from your writing.

stop-slop is a Claude Code skill that finds the predictable patterns that make text read as machine-made and removes them: filler openers, em-dash pile-ups, "not X but Y" contrasts, passive voice, vague declaratives. You install it once, globally, and Claude cleans every draft you write from then on.

What it does

How to use it: after install, just ask Claude to write or edit a draft and it applies the rules on its own, or call it by name with /stop-slop on any piece of prose. Best used as the final pass before you publish.
