Terms of Sale and Licence

What you buy when you buy Ultimate Editing Engine, and what you can do with it.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

In short: one payment buys a licence for one Mac at a time, with 12 months of updates. The app keeps working after that. What you make with it is yours to use, including for clients. Check the requirements before you buy.

1. Who sells it

Immortal Photography Ltd, trading as Deep AI Consulting. Registered in England and Wales, company number 16801431, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Email hello@deepaiconsultency.com. Payments are processed by Whop, which also collects and pays VAT and sales tax where it applies.

2. What you buy

Each purchase includes 12 months of updates from the date you buy. After that the version you have keeps working; you just stop receiving new updates. Features described as "coming soon" are not part of what you buy until they are released.

3. Requirements

A Mac with macOS 13 or newer, about 8 GB of free disk and an internet connection for installing. The skill packs run inside Claude Code, and the studio app's smart cuts, hook titles and edit assistant use it, so every plan needs Claude Code and your own paid Claude plan (or an Anthropic API key), which you get from Anthropic under their terms and which isn't included. Windows is not supported yet.

4. Your licence

5. Your content and data

Your videos, audio and projects stay on your Mac and we never receive them. When you use smart cuts, hook titles or the edit assistant, the transcript text and your instructions go to Anthropic through your own Claude account. Spoken instructions are turned into text on your Mac by default; an optional browser speech mode may send the audio to Google or Apple. If you connect your own AI service keys, the prompts and images you choose to send go to that service under its terms. The app doesn't check in with us: we receive nothing from it. See the privacy policy.

6. If something doesn't work

The software must work as described. If it doesn't, tell us and we'll fix it. If we can't, you have the rights your local consumer law gives you for faulty digital content, including a refund where the law requires one. See the refund policy.

7. Support

Email hello@deepaiconsultency.com. We usually reply within 2 working days.

8. Liability

We provide the software with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the price you paid.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law and can bring a claim where you live.
